FIVE SHEAVE AERIAL ROLLER

APPLICATION: The five sheave aerial roller (stringing block or running out block) is used for

stringing of quad. / five bundle overhead power transmission line. The central sheave mounted

on thrust bearings can be made either from nylon or from more wear-proof material, nylatron or

even from cast steel while other lateral sheaves are of nylon ones mounted on ball bearings. The

frames are made from galvanized steel C-section. The sizes, K and S can be custom-made against 

client’s request; Please specify the requested these sizes when raising inquiry or placing order.

‘AR5N’ stands for the model in which either nylon sheave or nylatron sheave is standing at central 

position while ‘AR5S’ indicates the model in which cast steel sheave is placed at central position.
